This book is 'Tales of Terror from the Tunnel's Mouth' by Chris Priestley. I have never read anything by Chris Priestley, but I have already begun to like him. This book is set on a train, where a 'woman in white' is telling a young boy spooky stories, because their train has stopped at a tunnels mouth, and they want to pass the time. Chris has written two other stories, both in the 'tales of terror' series, and is currently writing another spooky book. I would rate this book 8/10 and recommend it to people who like terror.
I was reading this book, and very recently finished it. This book is called 'A Medal for Leroy' by Michael Morpurgo. I love Michael Morpurgo's writing, he is a very good author, and often writes during World Wars. This book is about a young boy, who is reading a letter from his Grandma, and finds out some very interesting information. I would rate this book a 9/10 and recommend it to readers who like interesting and 'inspiring' tales.

We made a collage using a photo of the side of our face. We had to cut pictures out of magazines, that we like/represent us. I have mostly dogs on my collage.

At food tech, we have to design a mama mia Pizza. I am doing mine with Ruby, and we are making ours in a medal shape. Our Pizza is called 'The Prize'. On it, we have Salami, Pizza sauce, cheese, ham, and roasted Potato.

This is my favourite animal - Wolf!!! I love Wolves so so much! When I am older, I am going to work with Wolves in Canada. I think that this Wolf is Yellowstone Wolf. I have always liked dogs, and I have always wanted to be a vet. When I heard of Wolfdogs, I wanted to work with them - as they were a step up from dogs. But, I wouldn't get much work out of them, so I want to work with Wolves. Wolves again are a step up from Wolfdogs. I know a Wolfdog on Instagram - Faelean the Wolfdog, and I like him very much.
This is my painting for the French Film festival. The school gave anyone who wanted to, a sheet and they had to draw something realating the the great French outdoors. There were about 30-40 entries, and only 5 people got choosen. I was one of them! I drew a great picnic. My mum and I brainstormed 4 ideas, (because my mum has been to France and I haven't) and this is the one I choose. We got given a canvas and had to paint it on. I don't have much paints, so I used watercolor. The paintings are now up at cinema Gold,
This is another entry made, that I like very much.
I am reading a book called 'The Night Gardener' by Jonathan Auxier. Jonathan has also written 'Peter Nimble and his Fantastic Eyes'. The Night Gardener is a wonderful story, that is spooky. I would recommend it to good readers that like a bit of adventure, and doesn't get spooked out by scary things at night. I would rate this book 9 and 1 half out of 10!

Pie Poster

Working with Wolves

We had to make a PIE poster, using one subject to write in three different formats - Persuade, Inform, and Entertain. I used 'Working with Wolves' as that is something I know a lot about, and I want to do when I am older. You can read what I wrote in every block.

My Goldbook Goals

By the end of term 2,  I want to have got my sports award.
I am going to achieve this by trying new sports, and getting as involved as I can.

I also want to have at least 8+ points on at least one of my tech things.
I will achieve this by listening, and trying my hardest at my tech groups.

By the end of year 8, I want to have at least 3-5 of my flashes, and if I get four flashes, to get my honours badge.
To achieve this I will get involved at everything, and listen, and be respectful.

This is my resilience poster. In it I have said what resilience is, I have made and used some quotes and told what they mean.
We had to make this poster because: resilience is one of our REACH values. We all had to make a poster explaining what the value is and how we can show it around the school.
I am very proud of this poster and do try to show resilience whenever I can.

This book I am reading now is so cool. I love it. It is about a boy named Jim, whoes father has recently dissapeared. Jim then met a girl, named Ruth Rose, who thinks that her step father - father Fisher, killed the boy's dad, Hub. But, according to the Father, the man that every one trusts and loves, says that Ruth is a maniac. But, when things start getting scary, Who should Jim beleive? father Fisher or Ruth Rose?
Drew is such a awesome friend!!! I am so glad she is in my class this year! I really treasure my friends - they mean everything to me! Carry on being awesome Drew!
